I am in awe of so many birds and the striking colours of their feathers and the Gouldian Finch is top of my list of beautifully coloured native Australian birds. How amazing would it be to see one of these in the wild. For now I will have to settle with wearing my very own version as a brooch.

Material: Layered black acrylic, red, teal, green, purple, light green, yellow & brown swirl acrylic. Hand painted on etched in areas with brooch finding on the rear.
