Can I return it?

Please be aware that most of the items we stock are handmade, hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. This means your item may vary slightly from the stock picture.
In the unlikely event of your item being faulty, please contact us ASAP and we will organise a fix, or if it's not a simple fix, a full refund on receipt of the returned item.
What colour is it?
Please be aware that actual colours may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings and is not under our control.

What are Reserved Listings?
Reserved listings are items that are have been set aside for a specific customer.
I am ALWAYS happy to reserve items for you. Usually reserved listings happen when someone is chasing something I don't have instock, but I can get in or I have already orded. So I'm basically "reserving" one for you when they arrive. You can pay at anytime, however once the items arrive (and I let you know) payment must be made within the week otherwise it will be taken off reserved listing and returned to general stock.
Occasionally people ask me to reserve instock items - if they are at work during a release or prefer to be on a pc later to do the checkout. I'm happy to do so, however I will only hold instock items for 48hrs before they will be returned to general stock.
What is a Pre-Order?
