Can I return it?

Please be aware that most of the items we stock are handmade, hand-assembled and/or hand-painted.  This means your item may vary slightly from the stock picture.

In the unlikely event of your item being faulty, please contact us ASAP and we will organise a fix, or if it's not a simple fix, a full refund on receipt of the returned item.

What colour is it?

Please be aware that actual colours may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings and is not under our control.

What is a Pre-Order vs a Pre-Buy?

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items before they’re available for sale on the store shelves.
- If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, I will hold the order until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching
- Items marked as available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.
- I recommend placing separate orders unless you are happy to wait.
- Please note the release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed. I usually have a "due date" although with shipping and customs it can sometimes exceed the expected timeframes.  I will let you know if it's going to be more than 2 weeks overdue.

 

PRE-BUY

- Items that have been ordered from the maker, and are already on their way so there is a limit to availability.
