Can I return it?

We want you be over the moon with your purchase! If you are not, just email us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please return the item to us in the original packaging with the label attached and in the same condition as you received it, within 7 days of telling us that you wish to return it.  Money will be refunded minus any shipping charges and discounts.

Please be aware that most of the items we stock are handmade, hand-assembled and/or hand-painted.  This means your item may vary slightly from the stock picture.

In the unlikely event of your item being faulty, please contact us ASAP and we will organise a full refund on receipt of the returned item.

What colour is it?

Please be aware that actual colours may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings and is not under our control.

Do you still have stock in the Store?

Yes, the two most recent Erstwilder releases will be available to view and buy instore. 

(MN Jewellery Design)  The stock levels there are independent of this website.

If you want other brands or earlier releases - please place your order online and we will bring it to the store for you.  If you order online before 7pm, and select local pickup, and your order will be waiting for you at the store the next day.
